business analyst intern– banking/credit card domain

we are seeking an experienced business analyst trainee with strong expertise in the banking and credit card domain . The idóneo candidate should have hands-on ba experience, deep knowledge of payment processes, and expertise in iso standards (iso 8583/iso 20022 preferred) .

responsibilities:

- deliver ba training focused on banking, credit cards, and payment systems.
- train participants on requirements gathering, brd/frd, user stories, use cases, process flows, and rtm.
- provide practical knowledge of credit card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and payment workflows.
- explain iso standards and their application in banking/payment systems.
- conduct real-world case studies and mentor trainees.

requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in banking/credit card domain.
- strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.
- experience with iso standards (iso 8583/iso 20022).
- excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
