this regional position extends beyond project administration and coordination, requiring technical expertise, hands-on execution experience, and strong decision-making skills to ensure projects are properly engineered, effectively supervised, risk-assessed, technically validated, and fully prepared for successful startup and execution.

responsibilities

- participate from the early stages in defining the technical scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, risks, and business requirements.

- ensure the development or contracting of conceptual, basic, or detailed engineering according to the complexity and criticality of the project.

- validate technical specifications, layouts, drawings, bills of quantities, construction bases, installation criteria, and required deliverables.





- lead or provide technical support for the execution of relevant projects.

- provide technical and methodological guidance to local project managers to strengthen the discipline of capex project management.

qualifications

- bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience. desiderable: certification in project management (pmi or similar)
- 10 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager in manufacturing companies.
