**What will you do?**
- Ensure the complete and timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting activities for all collaborators, following established timelines.
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal policies.




- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support actuals reporting and provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Support the Head of Accounting in evaluating and addressing complex accounting treatments.
- Leverage SAP (SAP S/4HANA) to execute and monitor accounting, reporting, and closing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, guide, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Degree in Accounting, with at least **7 years of experience** in Accounting, Financial Closing, Reporting, and Cash & Banks processes.
- Expert-level knowledge of **IFRS and local GAAP**, including revenue recognition, foreign exchange accounting, and leases.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for numerical accuracy.
- **Hands-on experience with SAP (especially SAP S/4HANA)** and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, solve challenges, and drive results. Intercultural competence is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English**, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
