- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (Entry Level) located in Aguascalientes, México._
- Reporting to the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, the role involves supporting supplier quality activities to ensure materials and components meet required quality standards and support successful product launches. The position will play a key role in supplier evaluation, corrective action follow-up, and quality compliance aligned with company and customer requirements_.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Support in supplier evaluation and approval processes, including audits, self-assessments, and qualification activities _
- _Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CARs/SCARs) to ensure timely closure and effectiveness _
- _Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues and nonconforming materials _




- _Assist in monitoring supplier performance and driving improvement actions _
- _Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure supplier readiness _
- _Support implementation and compliance with quality standards and procedures (ISO, customer requirements) _
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) _
- _Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving methodologies _
- _Strong analytical and communication skills _
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment _
- _Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop in supplier quality _
- _Intermediate-Advance English level (written and verbal)_
