**Job Summary：**
Preferred Profile：
- Passionate about sports, outdoor activities, running, cycling, trail running, triathlon, or endurance sports.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, specialty retailers, and industry professionals.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance relationship building and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities：**
- Identify, develop, and manage new channel partners and distributors across Mexico.
- Build relationships with specialty sports retailers, outdoor equipment stores, running stores, cycling stores, triathlon stores, and other relevant distribution channels.
- Conduct regular store visits, product presentations, and business negotiations.
- Drive product visibility and in-store presence through displays, demo units, merchandising materials, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with channel partners to execute local events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide product knowledge and sales training to retail staff and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and channel management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, channel development plans,



and performance reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of channel sales, business development, or key account management experience. With a strong and verifiable track record of sales performance, channel development, and business growth.
- Proven experience developing and managing dealer or distributor networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in sports, outdoor, cycling, running, wearable technology, consumer electronics, or premium lifestyle products is highly preferred.
- Existing network within sports retail, outdoor retail, cycling, running, or endurance sports channels is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico.
