requirements:

- experience: 10+ years as a technical product owner or product manager in agile environments.
- domain knowledge: deep experience in the healthcare sector (working with payers, providers, or healthcare operations).
- twilio expertise: hands-on experience with twilio voice , ivr systems, and twilio insights reporting.
- technical skills: strong sql skills for database querying and data validation.
- stakeholder management: excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage senior business partners and technical teams.
