we are seeking a supply planner

key responsibilities

- responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.
- responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.
- responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.
- accountable for supplier on time delivery monthly results.
- works together with procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
- responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.
- notifying to traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.
- responsible for giving support during dmrs with quality team.
- keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.




- work closely with procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the sc leader in reporting the kpis.
- ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

profile

- bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, industrial engineering & related.
- 3+ years of experience in similar position.
- excellent communication and project management abilities.
- fluent in english.
