import & export analyst

location: naucalpan, state of mexico (hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

we're looking for an import & export analyst with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation and cross-border logistics. If you have worked closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers, we'd love to hear from you.

what you'll do:

- coordinate and monitor international import and export shipments .
- follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.
- review import/export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bl, awb, etc.).
- track deliveries and ensure material availability for production.
- support inventory control and sap transactions.
- coordinate with procurement, planning, manufacturing and warehouse teams.




- identify shipment risks and proactively communicate delays.

what we're looking for

- 2-5 years of experience in import/export operations , international logistics or foreign trade.
- experience coordinating international shipments and customs documentation.
- knowledge of incoterms and import/export processes.
- sap experience preferred.
- advanced excel.
- english: intermediate-advanced (b2 or above)
