we are looking for a software engineer manager to drive the technical direction of our vendor squads in this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between architecture, product, and development teams—ensuring top-tier code quality, security, and scalability across backend, frontend, and devops.
role objective
your mission is to align vendor teams with our architectural standards, establishing best practices in coding, ci/cd, and cloud infrastructure to deliver seamless, secure, and highly available services to both internal and external users.
bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
- overall experience: 6–10 years of solid experience in software development.
- leadership experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.
- cloud native: a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.
- methodology: deep experience in agile + devops environments with high ci/cd maturity.
- proficiency in core languages: java, node.js, or .net.
- deep aws services knowledge: infrastructure as code and serverless patterns.
- advanced sql/nosql data management.
- strong leadership & mentorship skills.
- proven decision-making & stakeholder management capabilities.
