we are partnering with a leading general mobility company to identify a country manager – sales who will lead the commercial strategy and business expansion across mexico.

key responsibilities

✔ develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

✔ lead dealer and distributor network expansion while strengthening existing partnerships.

✔ drive retail performance, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives.

✔ analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

✔ collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product.

✔ represent the business with key distributors, strategic partners, and headquarters.

what we're looking for





✔ 8–12 years of experience in automotive sales within an oem environment.

✔ proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks in mexico.

✔ strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

✔ deep understanding of the mexican automotive market.

✔ advanced english communication skills.

✔ bachelor's degree required; mba is a plus.
