- follow up on wellness, benefits, and employee experience initiatives.
- organize internal events and communication activities.
- manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and records in the human resources system.
- provide administrative support for hr projects.
requirements
- bachelor’s degree completed in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
- advanced english.
- experience with hris preferred, as well as microsoft office.
- availability to work under a hybrid schedule.
- availability to work in polanco with versátil hours based on business needs.
