As an Acceleration Center - Staffing and Deployment- Senior Manager, you will manage and optimize the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming the right talent is in the right place at the right time. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment,



recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will focus on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems will be crucial in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
