Add material using the inert gas arc welding technique (TIG) in accordance with techniques and instructions established. The TIG welder is responsible for the TIG of parts production based on a work programmed schedule. Welder is also responsible for minor maintenance of the equipment.
Agregar material haciendo uso de la técnica de soldadura de arco con protección de argón (TIG) de acuerdo con las instrucciones establecidas.
El soldador de TIG es responsable de la producción planeada de TIG, así como del mínimo de mantenimiento requerido para el equipo de TIG. Para ser Soldador A se requiere estar certificado en al menos 75% del total de los WPS.

**Responsibilities**:

**Duties**:
1. To observe the labor practices dictated by the company's code of ethics and internal work regulations.
2. To follow the work instructions established in the inspection procedures manual, the quality control procedures and the sketches.
3. Checks the traveler and welds in accordance with the procedure and equipment that appear on the SK.
4. Uses the safety equipment (welding mask, gloves, sleeves, smock)
5. At the end of the operation, welder must take the parts to the next operation.
6. Applies degrease to all the parts before welding.
7. Cleaning and replacing the filament housing and filament yourself.
8. Cleaning the glass windows and mirrors.
9. Cleaning the welding chamber to avoid part contamination.
10. Reporting any equipment malfunction quickly to the maintenance department.
11. If the door to the chamber is damaged when placing a rack of parts to be welded, or any other cause he must report it to the maintenance department, in order to check for "Radiation Leakage".
12. Checks the traveler and welds in accordance with the procedure and equipment that appear on the SK.
13. The welder will perform any operation when he/she is registered and trained.

Prove qualification with at least one or more of the following tasks: Gritblast, Clean of parts, twist, shot peen, marking, ring assembly, cut off and or hot form.
15. Register executed tasks in order to keep track.
16. Keep your work areas in optimal conditions (5’s).
17. All those activities inherent and/or related to their work, as well as the task of their category.
18. Adhere to standardized word activities, as well as actively participate in their continuous improvement according to the needs of the business.
19. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:
- Audits

**Tareas**:
1. Observar las prácticas de trabajo dictadas por la ética de la compañía y las reglas internas de trabajo.

3. Revisa el traveler y suelda de acuerdo con el procedimiento y equipo que marca el SK.
4. Usar el equipo de seguridad (careta para soldar, guantes, mangas, bata.)
5. Al terminar la operación, el soldador debe transportar las piezas a la siguiente operación.
6. Aplica degrease a las piezas antes de soldar.
7. Limpieza y remplazo el alojamiento del filamento y el filamento mismo.
8. Limpieza del vidrio de las ventanas y los espejos.
9. Limpieza de la cámar
