**About the role**:
The Production Supervisor coordinates production operations on cooler manufacturing and assembly lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. Lead industrial engineering and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, line balancing, waste reduction, and process optimization.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supervise production personnel on the cooler manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
- Coordinate line startups, model changeovers, and operational troubleshooting.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Balance production lines and improve operational capacity.
- Coordinate corrective actions derived from quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering departments.
- Train and develop operators and line leaders.
- Prepare production reports and performance analyses.




- Participate in cost reduction and process improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and operational procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- University Degree or equivalent experience e and specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
