We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented **Personal Injury Paralegal** to join our team, if you have paralegal experience handling US litigation workflows and want to elevate your career, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Discovery & Interrogatories_: Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests, including Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admissions.
- Service of Process_: Coordinate and track the formal serving of complaints, subpoenas, and legal notices in compliance with relevant state laws.
- Case Management_: Maintain organized physical and digital case files, tracking deadlines (statutes of limitations, discovery cut-offs, etc.).
- Client & Third-Party Liaison_: Communicate professionally with US clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Legal Drafting_: Prepare motions, notices, and correspondence under the supervision of US attorneys.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal,



specifically handling Personal Injury cases for US-based law firms._
Advanced/_Fluent English (C1/C2_ written and spoken) is mandatory.
High organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, Smokeball) is a big plus.
**What We Offer**:
Competitive Salary: $20,000.00 MXN gross per month.
Work-mode: Monday to Friday (Standard 8-hour shift, weekends free) in San Pedro Garza García, Reciente León. (100% on-site)

Sueldo: $27,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
