**Company Overview**: Avantive Solutions Mexico, a leading bilingual call center with a presence in Guadalajara, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our HR team. As a Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a "Recruiter" or in a similar role. (2 years)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_**(English)**_
- Strong decision-making abilities.




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Admin / Psychology or a related field preferred.
