We are looking for an HR Business Partner , who will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the U.Talent Acquisition: Ensure efficient recruitment processes for US positions. Talent Management: Plan and implement HR processes, training and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.
# Strategic HR Process Control: Monitor, improve, and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
# Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.
Proficiency in HR tools (Greenhouse)




Data-driven decision-making using HR metrics and KPIs.
Solid knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate needs.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual – Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience. HR practices and cross-border collaboration highly desirable.
