Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, proactively proposing practical and business-oriented solutions.

Monitor regulatory developments and ensure product compliance with applicable standards (labelling, certifications,etc.).

Partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Strategic legal role with real impact on operations.Work in a fast-paced, international environment.
3-4 years of in-house experience, preferably within retail companies or logistics organizations.

Strong background in commercial contracts,



with experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade.

Solid understanding of regulatory compliance.

Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.

Advanced English with strong communication skills.

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
