Flex is seeking a Process Engineer (Molding/Medical Devices) in Tijuana, Mexico to support advanced manufacturing of medical products. You will develop injection molding processes, validate through IQ/OQ/PQ, and help transfer new processes to production.
You will work with Product Development and Lean teams, implement DOE and statistical methods, and ensure GMP/ISO 13485 compliance. Strong English and experience in medical molding are required.
