Requirements
Completed High School degree Bachillerato
Advanced English level ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Must be residing within 1.5 hours away from the work location onsite




Customer service experience in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is highly preferred
Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office
Customerfocused mindset with strong problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask
