To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North .

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing multiple customers or accounts simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L;, cost control, budget tracking, and project financial impact.
- Direct customer-facing experience, with the ability to drive project discussions, present updates, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations.
- Experience working with integral and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer teams
- Knowledge of CAPEX projects, including investment planning, equipment/facility readiness, timelines,



risk management, and execution follow-up.
- Experience launching or setting up new operations, facilities, lines, or buildings from early planning through execution and stabilization.
- Technical exposure to mechanical assembly processes.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive timelines, remove roadblocks, escalate risks, and ensure execution across multiple workstreams.
- Advanced English communication skills required to interact with customers and global teams.
- Nice to have Intermediate to advanced Chinese language proficiency
