This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping hiring strategies, partnering with global teams, and contributing to the success of one of the world’s leading IT services and consulting organizations.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for BPS and/or IT profiles , ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously , effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
- Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
- Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

Required Experience & Skills

- Proven Talent Acquisition experience within large, general organizations .
- Strong experience recruiting BPS and/or IT profiles .
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements .
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
- High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience .
