Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering,



or related field (Master's preferred)10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP;/SIOP, or integrated business planningStrong expertise in end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, and executive planning)Experience leading planning transformation and deploying standard processes across multiple sites or businessesProficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP ECC/S4H, IBP, Kinaxis, or similar)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsAdvanced English and excellent communication skillsWhat we offer?
