The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:Hiring and OnboardingDrafting employment contractsRegistering new employees in the company's systemsCoordinating the delivery of work equipment and toolsIncident ControlMonitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductionsHandling termination processes and deregistration in internal systemsConducting exit interviewsEmployee Counseling and DevelopmentAssisting managers with staff counseling and developmentProviding assistance with the corrective action programBenefits AdministrationUnder direction and in partnership of Corporate Benefits Team:Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policiesAnnual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiriesAssists with organizing, communicating, and implementing benefits and perksMaintaining relationships with providers and conducting internal benefit campaignsProviding employee support and problem resolutionPolicies and ProceduresAssist in drafting policies and proceduresUpdating the internal portalOrganizational DevelopmentAssist HR Manger with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employeesApplying, interpreting,



and monitoring compliance with NOM035Assist with drafting job descriptions and evaluationsCollaborating with managers on the annual salary strategy.
.What You Will Bring:Bachelor ́s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or any Bachelor ́s Degree taht may be related to the field.Cédula and Titulo from the Bachelor ́s degree are a mandatory requirement for this positionMinimum of 5 to 7 (five to seven) years related practical experience with another employer as HR representative or HR Generalist role and responsibilitiesExperience with NOM 035 / Talent Management / Organizational Development / Incident ControlAdvanced English level is required.
(Will report to US).
