The Mission
We are seeking an exceptional
Engineer
to join our growing
Cloud Architecture & Engineering
team. The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in
building cloud solutions
and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward.
Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent's Architects, Engineering Managers, and Engineers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base. You'll work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market.
Your Assignment
Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.




Understand client requirements to build solutions defined in project backlogs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Write production ready, well-tested, and documented code across cloud environments.
Contribute to building infrastructure, data pipelines, or application components depending on project needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, etc.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within your team.
Demonstrate Caylent's values by staying curious, being an exceptional partner, and continuously learning.

Effectively communicates technical information clearly and actively listens to clients and team members to confirm understanding and prevent miscommunication.
Technical Qualifications
2+ years experience as an engineer.




Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
Excellent knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes or similar).
Proficient in Networking, IAM security, and modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, C#, Node.js).
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and best practices.
Preferred:
Experience with migrations, CI/CD, scripting, containers, cloud security, and client-facing consulting.
