About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based company operating in the commercial and residential services sector, known for rapid response, cutting-edge technology, and a strong customer-first approach. As they expand their digital presence,



they’re hiring a Full Stack Marketer to lead performance-driven marketing campaigns and help build the function from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll:
- Own paid advertising strategies across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on ROI and lead generation
- Tailor campaigns for multiple personas (e.g., field operator vs CFO) with precise messaging
- Manage simultaneous projects like launching campaigns, writing landing page copy, or optimizing email nurture flows
- Work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
- Write engaging content for ads, emails, landing pages, and web assets
- Optimize website structure and content for SEO and discoverability
- Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, analyze KPIs, and iterate for improvement
- Blend creativity with data analysis—comfortable switching between the two as needed
