The Job:
As a Técnico de Seguridad Patrimonial, you’ll be part of our Seguridad Patrimonial team working as an on-site employee.

You’ll get to:
· Support the Security team in activities related to physical protection, loss prevention, and control of company assets.
· Ensure compliance with CT-PAT requirements and support continuous improvement of the security management system.
· Coordinate and control the activities of the external security guard service, including attendance, headcount coverage, training, and post assignments.
· Perform facility rounds,



generate reports on findings, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
· Monitor access control systems, security cameras, fire system panels, emergency doors, and report deficiencies for timely repair.
· Generate incident reports during the shift and communicate them to direct supervisors and other stakeholders as required.
· Support emergency response activities, including evacuation and communication brigades, while coordinating private security officers and maintaining communication with EHS.
· Deliver induction training for new employees and contractors on security procedures and controls.
· Coordinate employee entry and exit processes and ensure access filters are followed according to applicable security procedures.
· Implement and communicate security procedures, improvements, and operational instructions based on business needs.
