Full time, Professional level, Automotive Division, Location: Silao, Mexico. This position involves project financial management and SAP FI processes.

Responsibilities

- Support project budgeting activities, including cost estimation, revenue forecasting, and budget maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and approve project‑related purchase requests (BANFs).
- Analyze project financial performance, report budget‑to‑presente variances, and provide actionable insights to support cost control and project profitability.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and project performance analyses.
- Maintain and manage project master data in SAP, ensuring accurate setup and administration of new projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing for project‑related products and services.
- Manage vendor invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and on‑time execution.
- Maintain complete, organized, and audit‑ready financial documentation in compliance with corporate standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls,



financial policies, and corporate governance requirements.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on ad‑hoc analyses, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, project financial management, and SAP FI processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, interpret, and report on large volumes of financial and operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel tools, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
- Results‑oriented professional with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and independent working capabilities.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, fostering effective collaboration across finance, project, and cross‑functional teams.
