and database management.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery of defined operational objectives.Experience developing capacity planning models to assess production constraints, optimize resource utilization, and support data-driven decisions in manufacturing operations.Qualifications We PreferredExperience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Standard Work, and waste elimination, with measurable operational improvements.Experience using AutoCAD to support facility layouts, line balancing, workstation ergonomics, and manufacturing process improvements.Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, iGrafx, or similar software.Experience driving process changes across cross-functional teams without direct authority, resulting in successful implementation of operational improvements.Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros (VBA), SQL, and advanced data automation or database handling.Demonstrated track record of leading industrial engineering projects that resulted in measurable improvements, such as ≥10% productivity gains, ≥15% cycle time reduction, labor optimization.
