Responsible for process improvement, layout design, workflow optimization, lean implementation, data analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Evaluate process performance using data-driven methodologies (time studies, statistical analysis, capacity modeling).
- Design and optimize plant layouts to reduce movement, maximize space utilization, and improve material flow.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Balance assembly lines, define takt time, and establish labor standards.
- Create dashboards, models,



and reports to communicate process performance and improvement results.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process engineering
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- English 75% or higher
