Position Overview
This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross‐functional team of technical and business process experts.
The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives.
We are looking for a hands‐on SAP CI‐DS and IBP analyst who is driven, curious, and proactive, and who enjoys working in complex, integrated SAP environments.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for SAP IBP and SAP CI‐DS, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and project‐related activities with autonomy.
Participate in the design, development, and optimization of CI‐DS data flows, transformations, and integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and non‐SAP systems, covering both master and transactional data.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, performance, and stability issues, delivering sustainable and timely solutions.
Configure and support SAP IBP capabilities such as key figure calculations, forecast models, and optimizer settings, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Produce technical design documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Support project delivery and application maintenance teams in building quality, scalable solutions across the solution lifecycle.
Participate in implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, build, test, deployment, and post‐go‐live stabilization.
Collaborate closely with AMS teams, internal developers, and external partners to support ongoing application maintenance and enhancements.
Participate in the transition and handover from project delivery to application support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
Guide key resources during the testing phases, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Availability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever‐evolving environments and business realities.
Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Technical Skills
Experience designing and developing CI‐DS jobs, data stores, transforms, and workflows.
Basic ABAP development knowledge (WRICEF, interfaces, enhancements) to support cross‐team collaboration.
Understanding of data warehouse concepts.
Exposure to SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Response & Supply, S&OP;).
Ability to implement SAP best practices and contribute to solution design.
Experience with cutover, go‐live and data migration.
Dynamic, innovative & problem‐resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work in English (written and oral).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Professional experience of 2 to 5 years in SAP functional or technical roles.
