As a Billing Team Lead, you'll guide a team of Billing Specialists at Uline's Monterrey location, ensuring accurate invoicing while helping streamline operations across the business.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Lead the day-to-day Billing operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Coach and support a team of Billing Specialists, providing guidance to help them succeed and grow.
- Monitor team workload and workflows to maintain performance and quality standards.
- Partner with Credit, Collections, Cash Applications, Sales and Corporate Finance to resolve customer billing issues and support the order-to-cash process.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance operational efficiency.




**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
Major in Accounting or Finance **preferred.
**
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.
**
- 3+ years of Billing experience with prior team leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
