Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.

Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

Experience & Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to easily adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
- Full‑time availability.
- High School Diploma preferred but not required.
- Living in Mexico City or Estado de México.
- Availability to work at the office in Col. Del Valle.
