As Junior Accountants grow and acquire experience, they will have the chance to take on more challenging assignments and progress into positions such as Senior Accountants and Client Managers. In the first year, Junior Accountants will have the opportunity to rotate through different areas within our Start-up, Financial, and Tax Advisory practices.

Key Responsibilities:




- Maintain financial records for companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
- Provide financial status information by preparing special reports and completing special projects.
- Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
- Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable and payable; adjusting entries for amortizations; analyzing and reconciling retained earnings; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
- Occasional extended business hours may be required when necessary.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting – and +1 year experience or 3.0 GPA.
