The Role:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiters to support high-priority hiring needs across our Sales and Engineering teams. This is a short-term assignment designed to accelerate talent acquisition efforts during a critical growth phase. The adecuado candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management,
and a proven track record in recruiting for technical and commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent.
- Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
- Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
