**Objetivo de la posición**:Asegurar el control de la información y KPI del área técnica en los tableros y reportes del área y apoyar en las diversas actividades realizadas en el área técnica.
**Requisitos**:
- **Escolaridad**:_Recien egresados_**_ _en Ingeniero industrial, mecánico o afín.
- **Idioma**: Inglés Intermedio.
- **Software**: Paquetería Office.
**Actividades**:
- Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización/respetar todas las directrices establecidas por las autoridades ambientales y la organización.
Así como la atención a los programas y planes de acción de auditoría ambiental.
- Generar y actualizar indicadores clave de las actividades del área.
- Liderar o participar en proyectos de mejoras alineados al enfoque estratégico del área.
- Participar en las actividades de mejora continua a través de los programas institucionales de Desarrollo Organizacional y VPS (Volvo Performance System).
- Dar seguimiento a las directrices de seguridad establecidas de acuerdo con la responsabilidad del trabajo.
- Actualizar pizarrones de gestión de áreas productivas con la actualización de los indicadores.
