**Job Purpose**:
- To assure raw materials supply while keeps health inventory levels to the company.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Validate that MRP run properly in key unique items for each program
- Validate that supplier schedule update run properly in key unique items for each program
- Review MRP messages allows to determine and resolve issues related to past due discrete PO or Purchase requisitions
- Ensure that schedules (releases) are properly exported from QAD system




- Analyse supplier confirmation (backlog / open order report)
- Review critical part status (PLs DOH) 2 times a day
- Investigate negative inventory root causes
- Monitor component shortage by following the RFU due diligence process
- Create / update RQ with accurate information whenever a special purchase is needed
- Create / update AETC with accurate information whenever a special route is needed
- Monitor inventory levels for the top spend suppliers on a weekly basis
- Data Integrity: PP parameters shall be reviewed and request raised to MDS whenever an update is required
**Critical experiences required to be ready for this job**:
- Specific operational experience (Materials Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain)
- General operation experience on electronic manufacturers
