Responsibilities

- Manage and administer agreements to establish policy, material storage, spare parts, identification, dispatch, and distribution.
- Design an inventory control system, kanban installation, storage, and classification of items.
- Maintain equipment assigned to the department in good condition.
- Work with Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Warehouse areas to support resolution of situations that arise.
- Perform daily coordination functions of sending and receiving materials regarding transactions in the system (data entry and location).
- Direct team activities to meet production goals and maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Control costs within budget levels, minimizing scrap and rework costs.
- Anticipate and react to production problems or delays, material shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
- Provide technical assistance for equipment malfunctions and expedite repairs.
- Work with production to ensure materials are delivered to assembly in a timely manner.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train the workgroup.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics,



or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a management position in warehouse, logistics, or materials supervision within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in planning, international logistics, inventory management, and ensuring proper administration of warehouse operations.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision‑making skills.
- Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to plant metrics.
