About the Job

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain operations at our Tecate manufacturing facility , focusing on planning, coordination, and inventory control . This role works closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability, accurate inventory, and smooth execution of operational plans.

What You’ll Do

Planning & Coordination

- Support production and material planning activities to ensure on-time availability of materials.
- Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and internal material flows.
- Track production requirements and follow up with suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist in demand planning and capacity alignment with Production and Planning teams.

Inventory Management

- Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.




- Analyze inventory movements and help identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.

Cross-Functional Support

- Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support import/export documentation and shipment coordination as needed.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and KPI tracking related to inventory and planning.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

- Prepare reports on inventory status, material availability, and operational performance.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, planning, or inventory control within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
- Experience with production planning, inventory management, or material coordination.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred for internal and supplier communication.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

- Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- Work Environment: On-site role at the Tecate, Baja California facility
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
