We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist with experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management. Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, or chemical industries is highly desirable.

What You Will Do

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Prospect new customers and expand the company's commercial presence.
- Manage commercial projects from quotation through implementation.
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and cost analyses.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Technical Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasts, and business opportunities.
- Participate in customer visits, plant tours, and audits.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Contribute to sales planning, budgeting, and commercial strategy.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development,



or a similar commercial role.
- Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Intermediate to advanced English, approximately 70% conversational and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is a plus.
