QUALITY ENGINEER

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY:

Direct responsible for implementation of systems and controls necessary in the production process to ensure compliance of the product and process with customer requirements,



participating in early stages of launch with direct responsibility in the realization and submission of PPAP to customers As well as the implementation of corrective actions at any stage of the process to correct nonconformities of the product, process or system

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain documented procedures of quality product

Develop and preserve documentation regarding the Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP)

Review customer drawing significant/critical characteristics prior PPAP and update APQP documents

Develop/Review/Update quality plans

Identify and acquire any control, process, equipment (including inspection and testing equipment), accessories, resources, and skills necessary to meet the required quality

Preserve documentation of quality plans as directed in the procedure for record keeping data

Define and establish measuring techniques and sampling plans
