We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Product Creation team. You'll support LSCo’s product creation teams — merchandising, design, and product development — as they take products from idea to physical creation. It's a role for someone who's excited to sit at the intersection of physical products (our garments) and the digital tools that bring them to life.

Your focus will be on rewiring how we think about Cost and Margin throughout the Product Creation lifecycle. As part of that work, you will be responsible for selecting the new Costing Platform and completing the implementation of the platform.





You'll own this work end to end — translating the vision into digital capabilities that drive change across teams who use this information every day. You'll work across several business functions and alongside other Product Managers across the Digital organization, and you'll have room to shape how we work together and grow as a product organization.

This is an Individual contributor role. Experience in Digital Costing, Sourcing, or Product Creation tools is a plus, as is any background in retail and apparel

About the Job
- Help shape and champion the Costing vision. Own the roadmap, ensuring alignment with product creation goals. Motivate and inspire stakeholders, other PMs, and the technical team around the vision and champion these benefits and motivate stakeholders and cross functional partners around why it matters.
- Own the new Costing Platform end to end — defining use cases, documenting requirements, and partnering with engineering, program management, and the business to deliver me
