Overview:
As a Recruitment Manager at Umbrella BPO, you will lead our efforts to build a high-performing team in Mexico City. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of recruitment operations, deep knowledge of the local job market, and the ability to scale hiring efforts to meet client demands. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, and foster an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet large-scale hiring goals in Mexico City.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery on hiring needs.
- Identify and leverage local recruitment channels, tools, and platforms to attract top talent.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality of hires.




- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting mechanisms to monitor recruitment performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on process optimization to enhance the candidate and client experience.

Team Building & Development:
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing recruitment team in Mexico City.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team culture.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with leadership and clients to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Employer Branding & Outreach:
- Champion Umbrella BPO’s employer brand, positioning the company as a top employer in Mexico City.
