**Production Supervisor**
**YOUR ROLE**
In your daily job you will:
- Analysis of maintenance failures and development of action plans to reduce and eliminate failures and achieve production targets (KPI downtime compliance)- Supervises fast and effective intervention of equipment failures to ensure minimum equipment downtime- Ensures proper operation of production equipment and participates in 5S activities within the area- Coordinates preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to achieve objectives (KPIs)- Continuous improvement of preventive maintenance instructions- Responsible for the technical career development of personnel under his/her supervision
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lead maintenance technician- Intermediate English level- Experience and knowledge in control and automation of equipment, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems- Knowledge of Epson, Stäubli and KUKA robots- Allen Bradley PLC knowledge- Knowledge of maintenance and operation of injection molding machines- Personnel administration and management,



use of tools for problem analysis and problem solving- Leadership, effective communication, decision making, teamwork, results oriented, proactive, sense of urgency
