**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Process Engineer Senior** located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_.
- The Process Engineer Senior will act as a technical leader responsible for defining, scaling, and standardizing manufacturing processes, driving innovation, capacity, and operational excellence across mechanical assembly operations.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring robustness and scalability
- Drive large-scale continuous improvement initiatives impacting cost, capacity, throughput, and operational efficiency
- Lead complex root cause analysis (RCA, 8Ds) and ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Define methodologies, standards, and best practices (PFMEA, DMAIC, PDCA) across the organization
- Lead NPI strategy, ECO implementation, and ensure production readiness
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to drive Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DfA) strategies
- Interpret and influence product design through CAD models, drawings, and Critical to Function (CTF) requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ANSI, ASME, AWS) and customer workmanship expectations
- Lead layout development, line balancing,



and capacity analysis to optimize production flow
- Define equipment strategy including selection, automation, validation, and Capex management
- Perform ROI analysis for process improvements and capital investments
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) across operations
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for engineering teams
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders on process performance and technical solutions.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
- Experience in process engineering within mechanical assembly environments
- Strong expertise in process development, scaling, and optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional and high-impact initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, DMAIC, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with NPI, capacity planning, layout development, and automation
- Experience with Capex processes, ROI analysis, and resource optimization
- Strong ability to interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Leadership, mentoring, and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced English
