Description

This role will entail the delivery of consulting services to the headquarters of global companies and the coordination of local services relating to employee’s insured health and risk benefits.

- Support client delivery activities and lead regular calls with clients.
- Effectively manage projects using established project management tracker and technology.
- Providing updates on local country activities and proactively identifying and escalating issues with our clients.
- Working with global or regional consulting lead to provide advice to clients to help them make informed decisions that are in line with their global benefits strategy and local priorities and resolve escalations / issues.(LK(3.1)
- Identify and document global client processes and strategic priorities, and communicate these to local WTW consultants and brokers.
- Oversee the implementation and use of WTW’s global benefits governance technology platforms to help clients obtain value from their data.(KL4.1)
- Develop and present general or regional financial and stewardship reports.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and market practice.
- Review local deliverables to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage multi-country projects such as:



global benefits benchmarking, inclusive benefits, wellbeing, cost savings initiatives and governance processes.
- Track project budgets.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of client facing or consulting experience. Hands on experience with employee benefits, administration or insurance market is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
- Technical competency in international employee benefits, both insured (health and risk) and non-insured (retirement, leaves, perquisites and others).
- Client management skills. Ability to deliver complex solutions to internal and external clients, while delivering proactively on time and on budget.
- Planning and time management skills. Well organized and high attention-to-detail with ability to prioritize conflicting work schedules. Experience in project management is a plus.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Multicultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Teamwork and international collaboration, including working remotely with colleagues.
