we’re looking for a senior business analyst (level 4b/5a) who bridges the gap between high-level investment strategy and technology delivery.

if you know the difference between a discretionary portfolio and fixed-income yields and know how to translate business needs into clean user stories, we want to talk to you.

what you’ll be doing:

- working closely with wm business stakeholders, product owners, and dev teams across advisory, brokerage, trading, and reporting platforms.
- gathering requirements (brd/frd) and building user stories for portfolio management, trading execution, and client onboarding.
- analyzing workflows and data to streamline processes across equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.

who we’re looking for:

- ~10 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or capital markets.
- strong background in financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives, funds).
- solid track record working in agile/scrum environments.
- amib certification, cfa background, or experience at a casa de bolsa is a major plus!
