- strong proficiency in microsoft os (windows 10 & 11) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; working knowledge of macos.
- solid desktop support knowledge spanning hardware, software, and networking — including desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, and handhelds.
- experience with windows image build processes, sccm deployments, and endpoint management platforms (intune, jamf, active directory).
- availability for on-call support during p1/urgent incidents outside regular business hours.
