️ key responsibilities

- manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for bps and/or it profiles , ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
- handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously , effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
- act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
- maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both english and spanish.
- coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
- collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
- quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
- work efficiently under pressure, meeting slas, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

✅ required experience & skills

- proven talent acquisition experience within large, general organizations .
- strong experience recruiting bps and/or it profiles .
- advanced proficiency in english and spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements .
- excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
- ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
- high adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
- minimum of 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience .
