our client is seeking an experienced human resources manager to join its manufacturing leadership team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that serves as a trusted business partner to site leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational development, and a high-performance culture. responsibilities

- partner with site leadership to develop and execute hr strategies that support business objectives.
- lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- foster a positive employee experience by promoting engagement, communication, and a strong workplace culture.
- coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- develop succession plans and support leadership development initiatives.
- ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state employment laws.
- oversee compensation, recognition,



and employee incentive programs.
- maintain and communicate hr policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application.
- lead employee relations activities and respond to employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- supervise and develop one direct report.

qualifications

- bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of human resources leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- bilingual in english / spanish.
- experience partnering with operations and leadership teams to drive business and people initiatives.
- prior people management experience.
- strong knowledge of employment laws, including flsa, fmla, ada, and related regulations.
- experience with hris systems and microsoft office.
- excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- hr certification (phr, sphr, shrm-cp, or shrm-scp) is a plus.
